Bluehost has been around since 1996. According to their physical address, they are located in Orem, Utah. As far as I can gather from their website, they offer one single account type, a shared hosting package for $6.95 per month.
Further details about payment terms are not available on their site, you get that only if you begin the signup process.
Anyway, while I previously have not been very impressed with the reputation of BlueHost, I find that their customer ratings seem pretty good nowadays. And they do offer very generous features in terms of space and bandwidth, plus nice things like SSH access.
As of now BlueHost offers 200GB space and 2000 GB/month transfer. Plus you can have up to 6 domains on the same account.
